You can choose the sidebar alignment of the theme from Appearance › Customize › Sidebar Position. This is a global setting that applies to all the pages or posts that contain a sidebar.
However this setting can be overwritten via Custom Fiels. When you create a page or a post you choose the sidebar alignment for that particular post or page by adding in the Custom Fields box under the content editor innovaconstruct_sidebar_position for "name" and left or right for "value".
